- Hours of operation is 8:00 am. to 5:00pm
- Extended hours from 7:30 am. to 5:30 pm.
- we provide care all year round
- Payment obligation are made the first of the month.
- Late payment fee is $50 dollars per day after the 5th.
- Payment is based on the monthly basis of contracted days and not on actual days of attendance.
- We request 30 days noticed if parents decided to withdraw from our program.
- If the parents decided to withdraw from our school the unused tuition months will be refunded.
- If a child is picked up late, the late pick up fee if $1.00 per minute.
- There is no credits given for the holidays, school closures due to natural disasters, emergency infectious diseases(close due to pandemic virus), fires, days absents due to the child’s illness, vacation or missed otherwise.
- Days that we are closed: New Year’s Day and Eve, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Wednesday before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving day and Friday after thanksgiving, Christmas week.
- If a holiday falls on Saturday we will be closed on the Friday prior to the holiday, If a holiday falls on a Sunday, we will be closed on a Monday after the holiday.
- when enrolling for a future month, families may reserve that slot by paying a non refundable deposit, that it will be use towards their first month tuition; in addition supply fee 100 per year in July is due.
